Sari4D Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Betting Platform Usage Policy

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings as defined:

• "Sari4D" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain sari4d.im and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with Sari4D.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all digital channels provided by Sari4D.
• "Bet" refers to any wager or bet placed by the User using the balance in their Sari4D account.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in the User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or incentives granted by Sari4D to Users subject to specific conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that Sari4D may require Users to complete.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of Sari4D services, you must register a valid account. By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) account only at Sari4D. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• You must notify Sari4D immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You may not transfer, sell, or lend your Sari4D account to any other party.
• Sari4D reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a KYC process, and users are required to provide the necessary documents within 7 business days.

3Age Limit & Eligibility

Sari4D strictly enforces the following eligibility requirements for all users:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Sari4D platform. This is a mandatory requirement that cannot be waived.
• If any account is found to have been registered by an individual under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.
• Sari4D reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time, via a valid government-issued identity document such as a Malaysian IC or passport.
• Sari4D employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to open an account or participate in any games on the platform.
• Users who have opted into self-exclusion are not permitted to re-register or play for the duration of the exclusion period.

4Deposits & Payments

Sari4D supports the following payment methods, carefully selected for the convenience of Malaysian users:

• All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Sari4D does not accept any foreign currency.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the name of the registered User. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Sari4D does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any fraudulent deposit attempts or use of unauthorised payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to all fund withdrawal requests from a Sari4D account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for your original deposit method (e.g., if you deposited via Touch 'n Go, withdrawals will be made to the same Touch 'n Go account).
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the method chosen and your account verification status.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, Sari4D reserves the right to request additional verification documents within 48 business hours.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• Sari4D reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals where there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

6Bonus & Promotions

Sari4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus offer comes with a rollover requirement varying between 5× and 20× the bonus value received. Full terms for each promotion are stated on the respective promotions page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per user, device, and IP address is permitted.
• Sari4D reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or collusion between accounts to exploit promotions — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Cashback bonuses from Sari4D's VIP Rewards Programme are calculated based on net wagering totals within a defined period and cannot be recalculated once credited.
• Sari4D reserves the right to require Users to demonstrate legitimate wagering activity before approving any bonus-related withdrawals.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bet types on the Sari4D platform, including Sports Betting (badminton, Malaysia Super League football, EPL), Live Casino, slots jackpot, poker, and e-sports:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of verified technical errors as determined by the Sari4D technical team.
• In the event a sporting fixture is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be fully refunded to the User's account within 24 hours.
• Sari4D reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly the result of a system error (odds that are unreasonable relative to the market). Affected Users will be notified and their stakes refunded.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised tools to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• The minimum bet for most sports events on Sari4D is RM5, while the maximum bet varies depending on the event type and the User's account category.
• For progressive jackpot slots, the minimum qualifying bet to be eligible for the jackpot is as stated in each game's information page.

8Responsible Gaming

Sari4D is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Users manage their gaming habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: You can set your own deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Account Cool-off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Sari4D will action this self-exclusion within 24 hours and will not send you any marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.

9Inactive Account

• A Sari4D account that shows no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as an "Inactive Account".
• Before an account is classified as inactive, Sari4D will notify the User via email or SMS at least 30 days in advance.
• Sari4D reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of RM10 per month on inactive accounts that still carry a balance, following the issuance of prior notice.
• Users can reactivate an inactive account simply by logging back into the platform. All betting records and balances (less any applicable administrative fees) will be restored.

10Account Closure & Restrictions

Sari4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any User account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The User violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Users found using unauthorised third-party software or engaging in any form of cheating or game manipulation.
• Users attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs within the Sari4D system.
• The User Account is linked to money laundering, identity fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• The User provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The User engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward Sari4D staff or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, Sari4D reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is a top priority for Sari4D. Our data collection and usage practices are as follows:

• Sari4D collects personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and payment details solely for account management, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Sari4D complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all aspects of data processing.
• All data stored and transmitted through the Sari4D platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by Sari4D, or to request its deletion, by contacting our support team.

12Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Sari4D provides the betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions or downtime at all times.
• Sari4D is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Users as a result of betting activity, including missed winnings or unexpected bet outcomes.
• In the event of a system disruption during a live match or game, Sari4D will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly for all parties involved.
• Sari4D is not liable for any losses arising from the use of platform information by unauthorised third parties due to a User's failure to maintain account security.

13Amendments to Terms

Sari4D reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure will be observed:

• Users will be notified of any material amendments via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date.
• Continued use of the Sari4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of the document.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances within 30 days of the amendment's effective date.
