The Sari4D platform strictly not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Sari4D does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Should we discover that a minor's personal data has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

11Privacy Policy Amendments

Sari4D reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new platform features. The following procedures will be observed:

• Any material amendments to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to registered Sari4D users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever amendments are made.
